Open letter to tournament organizers

The title isn't supposed to be offensive nor is this text aimed to cause any discomfort among the dirt community. I simply hope it to be considered as something you should think of when you're organizing a new tournament. Kind of like a tutorial on what to consider before doing something, even though I've never organized a tournament in TM before.
